Partners you can Trust
All staff working directly with individuals with disabilities pass a federal, state and local background check to ensure they pass strict guidelines. They are certified in 1st Aid and CPR prior to working alone with individuals. Any staff assisting with medications pass an assistance with medication course at a university.
All staff are trained on various types of disabilities, participant rights, and learn to understand each individual’s needs, desires, goals, objectives and appropriate methods of supervision. Staff are supervised on a regular basis and provided performance feedback frequently. Staff receive ongoing training to enhance and refresh their skills.
